Supervision of Construction Works for Solid Waste Landfill in Nisporeni and Surrounding Localities

Construction works for solid waste landfill for Nisporeni and surrounding localities, designed on the area outside of Nisporeni.

The main tasks of TCD team within the project were as follows:

• Interacting with the project team, engineers, and designers involved in the process. Given the designs for construction, TCD team supervised the planning, scheduling, and implementation of those designs;
• Preparation of construction progress reports;
• Monitoring the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with design, specifications and procedures, statutory regulations, compliance with national construction standards;
• Supervision of construction activities to ensure personnel and environmental safety, anticipate potential problem areas, analyse and recommend solutions or corrective actions;
• Keeping Regional Development Agency management informed of project status, highlighting deviations from the established plan, if necessary.
