Supervision of Construction Works in three (3) towns and twenty three (23) rural localities in Moldova

Description of services provided by TCD staff within the project:

• Financial management of the civil works contracts and continuous follow-up of the contractors’ work programmes and monitoring of cash-flow in relation to the planned schedules; Day-to-day measurement and recording of quantities of Works carried out by Contractors; Processing Monthly Payment Certificates;
• Acceptance and/or approval of contractors’ programmes, construction techniques and materials, site installations;
• Inspection of the Works to determine compliance with specifications and drawings;
• Control of materials incorporated into the Works;
• Administration of Contract amendments and variations;
• Preparation of progress, technical and contractual reports;
• Administration and control of compliance with the national Trafficking in Persons regulations by the own personnel.
