About the project:
The overall objective of this assignment was to facilitate the timely and effective procurement of the Project components by rendering assistance to the Company (beneficiary) in the prequalification of applicants, preparation of tender documents, evaluation of tenders and contract award.
Within this project, TCD provided the following services:
- assistance on procurement strategy;
- assistance on preparation of tender documents, clarifications/explanations and other relevant information to facilitate elaboration of tender documents;
- assistance on clarifications and amendments to the tender documents;
- assistance during tenders opening session and drafting the tender opening minutes;
- assistance during evaluation of tenders and preparation of the evaluation report;
- assistance on drafting the contract with the winning tenderer, notification of contract award and notice to unsuccessful tenderers.
- assistance on grievance resolution.
