Elaboration of the 2nd National Energy Efficiency Action Plan

The 2^nd National Energy Efficiency Action Plan aims to modernize and improve energy efficiency nationwide in the Republic of Moldova:

1. strengthening the status as a transit country for power and natural gas through enhancement of bidirectional transmission connections;
2. capacity building of Energy Efficiency Agency staff on NEEAPs development and reporting;
3. building new generation capacities and refurbishing the existing ones aimed at commercial strengthening and exploitation of internal power generation capacity.
